Tri Tip (grain-finished)

Tri Tip is a flavorful, triangular cut from the bottom of the sirloin.  Tri Tip is considered a steak that slices like a brisket.  It is great if you want something similar to a brisket but are short on time.  Cooked at a low temperature or smoked gives you the best results.

• Priced at $12.49/lb., with size options priced based on the lowest of the size weight range.

Shipping: 

• Shipping available throughout the state of Wisconsin.  Orders will ship two Tuesdays a month so they will arrive at your doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday.  All meat is shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with ice packs.  Click here to see our shipping schedule.
