Collection: Pasture-Raised Chicken

Our broiler chickens are raised outdoors, starting at 3-4 weeks old, when they’ve grown their feathers. We move them daily to fresh grass, allowing them to forage for bugs and enjoy the benefits of pasture life. In addition to grazing, they are fed a non-GMO diet, ensuring both the health of the chickens and the quality of the meat.

Free range chickens have superior flavor and texture, and are perfect for roasting whole, butterflying (spatchcocking), grilling, or smoking for a unique taste.

Completely free from antibiotics, artificial hormones, steroids, MSG, and nitrates/nitrites, each pasture-raised bird is vacuum-sealed and frozen to maintain freshness.
