Tenderloin Steaks from our pasture-raised, grass-finished beef cattle. Also called filet mignon, this cut is the most tender part of the beef and highly sought after as the best cut available. These are great for a special celebration dinner or just because! Cook with care for a delicious result! Tenderloin is butterflied and is 3/4" - 1" thick.

Shipping available throughout the state of Wisconsin. Orders will ship two Tuesdays a month so they will arrive at your doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday. All meat is shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with ice packs. Click here to see our shipping schedule.
