Includes: 1 Whole Chicken (5-5.5 lbs.), 1 grain-finished Skirt Steak (2.5-3 lbs.), 1 Pork Shoulder Roast (3.25-3.5 lbs.), and 1 Fresh Ham Roast (4.25-4.5 lbs.).

Shipping

• Shipping available throughout the state of Wisconsin.  Orders will ship two Tuesdays a month so they will arrive at your doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday.  All meat is shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with ice packs.  Click here to see our shipping schedule.
