The skirt steak is a long, flat cut from the plate of the beef. It is more flavorful than tender, so it needs to be marinated to increase tenderness. Great for fajitas!

Shipping: 

• Shipping available throughout the state of Wisconsin.  Orders will ship two Tuesdays a month so they will arrive at your doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday.  All meat is shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with ice packs.  Click here to see our shipping schedule.
