Shoulder Steak

The pork shoulder steak is a great value that has marbling which contributes to its amazing flavor. It is sometimes called a blade steak as it is cut from the shoulder blade area.  Shoulder steaks can be cooked a variety of ways including grilling, smoking, in the oven, on the stovetop, in the air fryer, etc.   

Pork comes from heritage breed pigs are born on farm and raised on non-gmo feed resulting in flavorful, nutritious pork.

Shipping: 

• Shipping available throughout the state of Wisconsin.  Orders will ship two Tuesdays a month so they will arrive at your doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday.  All meat is shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with ice packs.  Click here to see our shipping schedule.
