Short Ribs come from the lower portion of the rib cage, behind the brisket.  Short ribs pack a flavorful punch due to the layer of fat they have on them (fat = flavor).  Slow-cook these succulent short ribs in BBQ sauce for mouthwatering goodness. Shipping:
