A rump roast is a cut of beef from the bottom round, the rear leg of the animal. This roast is a great choice for oven roasting to be sliced thinly for sandwiches, or for braising to make a great pot roast.

Shipping: 

• We ship throughout the state of Wisconsin.  Orders will ship two Tuesdays a month so they will arrive at your doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday.  All meat is shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with ice packs.  Click here to see our shipping schedule.
