Our ready-to-eat cooked pork is slow-cooked in small batches from May Hill Farm heritage breed Boston Butt and Shoulder roasts — heritage breed pork with the flavor and quality you simply can't find at the grocery store. Each package is approximately 1 lb., frozen fresh so it's ready whenever you need it.
