Pork Loin Roast

This roast comes from the area between the shoulder and the beginning of the leg.  Sometimes referred to as the Loin End Roast.  It is delicious when brined or rubbed with a spice mixture and cooked over indirect heat.  

Pork comes from heritage breed pigs are born on farm and raised on non-gmo feed resulting in flavorful, nutritious pork.

• Priced at $5.99/lb., with size options priced based on the lowest of the size weight range.

Shipping: 

• We ship throughout the state of Wisconsin.  Orders will ship two Tuesdays a month so they will arrive at your doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday.  All meat is shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with ice packs.  Click here to see our shipping schedule.
