This roast comes from the area between the shoulder and the beginning of the leg. Sometimes referred to as the Loin End Roast. It is a lean, tender roast. It is delicious when brined or rubbed with a spice mixture and cooked over indirect heat.
Heritage breed raised on non-GMO feed.

We ship throughout the state of Wisconsin. Orders will ship two Tuesdays a month so they will arrive at your doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday. All meat is shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with ice packs. Click here to see our shipping schedule.

Leann Quasius We are so blessed to have found May Hill Farms pastured pork. The first thing we have tried was a pork loin roast and I didn't know that pork could taste THAT good!!! We have ordered a whole hog!! :-) We have been doing grass fed beef and bison for almost 50 years but never ordered a whole pig and Carrie was so helpful. Can't wait for our pig to be ready!!
