Oxtail is a bony, gelatin-rich meat, which is usually slow-cooked as a stew or braised.  They taste is much like short ribs - only better!

• Priced at $8.79/lb., with size options priced based on the lowest of the size weight range.

Shipping: 

• We ship throughout the state of Wisconsin.  Orders will ship two Tuesdays a month so they will arrive at your doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday.  All meat is shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with ice packs.  Click here to see our shipping schedule.
