No Nitrite Added Uncured Bacon

Bacon is lovingly crafted from the fattiest sides of a hog's belly. There is no nitrite added to this uncured bacon.  This is a great alternative to bacon if you are looking for an option without added nitrites.

Pork comes from heritage breed pigs are born on farm and raised on non-GMO feed resulting in flavorful, nutritious pork.

Shipping: 

• We ship throughout the state of Wisconsin.  Orders will ship two Tuesdays a month so they will arrive at your doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday.  All meat is shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with ice packs.  Click here to see our shipping schedule.
