Ground and packaged in 1 lb. portions, it's ready to brown in a skillet, crumble into a sauce, stuff into peppers, or layer onto a homemade pizza. The heritage breed difference shows up here: richer fat, deeper flavor, and a texture that holds up beautifully however you cook it.
