Smoked Ham Hock

Smoked Ham Hocks are great in the slow cooker, in soup, or in a side dish like beans with smoked pork hock.  They are the lower segment of the pig that corresponds to the ankle or calf region. Hocks are not fatty but can be made tender from all the collagen that breaks down during cooking.  These pork hocks are already smoked to tenderize the meat and give it a smokey flavor.

Pork comes from heritage breed pigs are born on farm and raised on non-gmo feed resulting in flavorful, nutritious pork.

• Priced at $3.79/lb., with size options priced based on the lowest of the size weight range.

Shipping: 

• Shipping available throughout the state of Wisconsin.  Orders will ship two Tuesdays a month so they will arrive at your doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday.  All meat is shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with ice packs.  Click here to see our shipping schedule.
