This steak is a thin, long cut of meat that comes from the belly. It boasts a higher fat content than skirt steak, and thus offers more flavor. For optimal culinary results, marinate the steak before cutting it across the grain, to ensure great results on the grill or in stir-fries and fajitas.

Shipping: 

• We ship throughout the state of Wisconsin.  Orders will ship two Tuesdays a month so they will arrive at your doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday.  All meat is shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with ice packs.  Click here to see our shipping schedule.
