Chuck Steaks – Grass-Finished Beef

Chuck steak doesn't get the attention it deserves. Cut from the shoulder, it's a well-worked muscle with deep, beefy flavor that outperforms plenty of pricier cuts — especially when it's coming from grass-finished cattle raised right here at May Hill Farm.

Each package contains 2 steaks, cut ¾" thick — a solid size for the grill, cast iron, or a quick braise. Cook them hot and fast to medium-rare, or low and slow if you want them fall-apart tender.
