Chuck Eye Steaks – Grain-Finished Beef

Chuck eye steak is also referred to as "poor man's ribeye".  

Each package contains 2 steaks, cut 1" thick — a solid size for the grill, cast iron, or a quick braise. Cook them hot and fast to medium-rare, or low and slow if you want them fall-apart tender.
