Chop Sirloin Steak (grain-finished)

This tenderized, boneless sirloin steak comes from the top hind quarter right beneath and above the Tenderloin.  Very lean and flavorful, these are best grilled or broiled.  There are two patties per pack.

Shipping: 

• Shipping available throughout the state of Wisconsin.  Orders will ship two Tuesdays a month so they will arrive at your doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday.  All meat is shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with ice packs.  Click here to see our shipping schedule.
