Quarter, half, or whole beef available. Grain-finished or grass-finished beef available. We raise a variety of beef breeds including Angus, Angus cross, Galloway, and Hereford cattle.
This is a great way to order cuts the way you like and get the best value!
Grain-finished (grass-fed on pasture and finished on grain and hay):
- $3.50/lb. hanging weight plus processing
Grass-finished (grass-fed on pasture and finished on grass/hay on pasture):
- $4.50/lb. hanging weight plus processing

If you would like to pay your deposit with Venmo please select Cash for payment type. After you send the order through you can go to Venmo to send the deposit.
Please select Farm Pickup for location on all deposits. You can select any date for the "pickup" date on a deposit. Please add a note to your order if you are looking for a specific processing date.
A deposit is required to reserve your beef. If you cancel your beef order prior to completing your cutting instructions, your deposit will be converted to a store credit. If you cancel your order after completing cutting instructions your deposit is non-refundable.
Shipping:
- Quarters, halves, and whole beef cannot be shipped at this time.
Pick up:
- After securing your bulk beef with your deposit you will receive a confirmation email. One week before the processing date you will receive an email with cutting instruction information. Beef is ready for pick up approximately 2 weeks after the processing date. May Hill Farm or the processor will contact you when it is ready to pick up.
