Select Farm Pickup for location on all deposits. You can choose any date for the "pickup" date field — it's just a placeholder. Add a note to your order if you have a specific processing date in mind.
A deposit is required to reserve your beef. If you cancel before completing your cutting instructions, your deposit converts to store credit. If you cancel after completing cutting instructions, the deposit is non-refundable.
Shipping: Quarters, halves, and whole beef cannot be shipped at this time.
Pick up: After your deposit, you'll get a confirmation email. One week before the processing date, you'll get cutting instruction info. Beef is ready for pickup approximately 2 weeks after processing — May Hill Farm or the processor will contact you.
