Brisket (grain-finished)

Beef brisket is from the breast section between the foreshank and plate. It contains layers of fat and lean meat, but no bones. Often cured in salt brine to make corned beef brisket, it is usually prepared by braising, smoking, or by cooking in liquid.

• Priced at $10.79/lb., with size options priced based on the lowest of the size weight range.

Shipping: 

• We ship throughout the state of Wisconsin.  Orders will ship two Tuesdays a month so they will arrive at your doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday.  All meat is shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with ice packs.  Click here to see our shipping schedule.
