Back Ribs/Spare Ribs (grass-finished)

Back Ribs are from the upper rib section, below where the strip steaks are cut away, and are fabulous on the grill with sauce.  They are a flavorful cut that works well with a dry rub on the grill.

• Priced at $8.49/lb., with size options priced based on the lowest of the size weight range.

Shipping: 

• We ship throughout the state of Wisconsin.  Orders will ship two Tuesdays a month so they will arrive at your doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday.  All meat is shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with ice packs.  Click here to see our shipping schedule.
