Back Ribs/Spare Ribs (grain-finished)

Back Ribs are from the upper rib section, below where the strip steaks are cut away, and are fabulous on the grill with sauce.  They are a flavorful cut that works well with a dry rub on the grill.

• Priced at $7.49/lb., with size options priced based on the lowest of the size weight range.

Shipping: 

• We ship throughout the state of Wisconsin.  Orders will ship two Tuesdays a so they will arrive at your doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday.  All meat is shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with ice packs.  Click here to see our shipping schedule.
