Bacon Ends

Bacon is lovingly crafted from the fattiest sides of a hog's belly. The succulent strips are carefully smoke-cured for the most mouth-watering flavor.  Bacon ends are the shorter, sometimes thicker end pieces from the smoked pork belly.  Great for using in soups or adding to salads.

Pork comes from heritage breed pigs are born on farm and raised on non-gmo feed resulting in flavorful, nutritious pork.
