Rhubarb is harvested in many shades of green to red. The color difference is not the determining factor of its sweetness or tartness but has been found that the mineral balance in the soil determines its color. Use it in muffins, rhubarb crisp, rhubarb syrup, pie, and jam.

Sold in 1 lb. bundles.  Harvested just prior to your order pick up to maintain quality.
